Vedligeholdelse af luft-kølet køler

Aug 08, 2025

Air-cooled chillers require daily, regular, seasonal, and professional maintenance to ensure efficient operation and extend their service life (average service life is 8 to 12 years). Routine maintenance focuses on checking the integrity of the external casing (casing screw torque of 5 to 6 Nm) and the cleanliness of the radiator fins (fin pitch of 2 to 3 mm). Operating parameters must also be monitored: the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the chilled water must be maintained at 5 to 6°C, the suction pressure must be within 0.35 to 0.45 MPa, and the current fluctuation must not exceed ±10% of the nominal value. Routine maintenance includes cleaning the air filter (every one to two months, and replacing it when the pressure difference exceeds 50 Pa) and deep cleaning the condenser (recommended every six months, using a dedicated cleaner with a pH of 7 to 9). The motor insulation resistance must be tested to be >2 MΩ, og smøreolieskiftintervallet er typisk 2.000 driftstimer. Ved sæsonbestemt vedligeholdelse skal systemet tømmes fuldstændigt for restvand (for at forhindre frostsprængninger ved tryk<0.2 MPa). A refrigerant leak test must be performed before operation (annual leakage rate <5%). Professional maintenance recommends an inspection of the compressor valve assembly (seal clearance <0.03 mm) and calibration of the control system (temperature sensor error ±0.5°C) every two years.
